How it works

What exactly do we get each week?

One email, sent to both of you on the day you choose, with four date ideas made for you (one from each suit), the details you need to book or plan each one, and the shot: a photo idea for the date.

Is a real person planning our dates?

No, and that's the beauty of it. Your virtual assistant isn't a person on the other end. It works on its own, around the clock, inside your own Claude or ChatGPT: it searches what's happening near you, checks hours and prices, and sends your four dates on schedule. No one at Play Your Cards Right reads your answers or your emails.

Do we need ChatGPT or Claude?

For the Concierge, yes. Your virtual assistant runs in your own Claude account (we recommend Claude) or ChatGPT, and the setup guide shows exactly what you need. No account and don't want one? The $7 Date Deck works with no AI at all.

We're not techy. Is setup hard?

If you can copy, paste and click a button, you can do it. The setup guide has a screenshot for every step, and setup takes one sitting.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes for the quiz, which one of you can take alone, and a short sitting to set up your assistant with the guide.

Do we both have to take the quiz?

No. Whoever is planning takes it and answers for the two of you. You can always add your partner's favorites later.

How is this different from Googling date ideas?

Google gives you the same top-ten list everyone else gets. Your planner starts from your quiz, so the ideas fit your city, your budget, your schedule and what the two of you actually like, and they show up every week without anyone asking.

Which day do the dates arrive?

Whichever day you choose during setup. A day or two before your usual date night gives you time to book.
